Location was very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of western food items. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool after coming tired from the rice terraces. The room was quite spacious with comfortable bed. I will recommend the hotel to everyone especially for family with kids.

Great location , yummilicious breakfast, shopping streets and mall near by , exceptional view, the staff knows English so no issues in communication

The location was superb, the hotel was immaculate and the staff were were friendly and efficient. We were assisted by Candy at the front desk and she was absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

The location is great, just in front of the river and a few meters walking from the market and shops.

Great location. All main sights are just around the hotel. Standard for mariott class of service which is good. We were during off season, so it was quiet and nice.

It's difficult to give a review when a hotel is in the middle of renovation. But I would like to comment on the service. Even though Guilin is essentially a city focused on tourism the staff exceeded my expectations when it came to efficiency, friendliness, and attitude. Front desk, concierge, breakfast and café and pool staff, they were all offered excellent service!
